Return Goods Policy

1. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. That number can be obtained by calling Bear-ENT customer service at 877.444.6982. To start a return, you can also contact us at ginny.burke@bear-ent.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Merchandise must be returned in unopened and undamaged original packaging, and merchandise must not have been cleaned, washed, sterilized or used. If an item has been used, a signed Cleaning Certification must be included with return. That document can be obtained by calling Bear-ENT customer service at 877.444.6982.

3. Merchandise returned (received by Bear-ENT) within 15 days of date of invoice will receive a full refund at the customer’s actual purchase price less freight.

4. Merchandise returned (received by Bear-ENT) between 15 days and 30 days of date of invoice will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. That credit will be in the form of Bear-ENT credit only to be used toward future purchases of mytaMed products.

5. Merchandise returned (received by Bear-ENT) after 30 days will receive no credit. Please call Bear-ENT customer service for special exceptions.

6. Credit memos must be used within 1 year of date issued and will be deemed invalid and unusable after that period.

7. Special order items are not returnable for credit. Special order items are defined as any item which is not in the current price list.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
